Description
This leaflet has been designed to help you
understand a little bit more about mental
health and wellbeing, and how you can
support your child with theirs, while also
looking after yourself.
It can be hard being a child or young
person dealing with everyday life and
coping with all the different - and
sometimes difficult - emotions, pressure,
and stress that it brings. This can also be
difficult for you as a parent and can cause
a lot of worry and stress when thinking
about how to support your child.
This leaflet offers advice on how
to support your child through life’s
challenges and how to respond when you
are worried that they are experiencing
poor mental health.
