Description

Confidential and anonymous helpline for anyone concerned about their violence and/or abuse towards a partner or ex-partner. We are a team of skilled professionals offering advice, information and support to domestic violence perpetrators, as well as to their (ex) partners and frontline workers through a helpline and email service.

Our key focus is to increase the safety of those experiencing domestic violence through promoting effective interventions with perpetrators.

Phoneline is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. A voicemail service is available: we aim to return calls and emails within two working days. Webchat service is also available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm.

We have access to telephone interpreters for those whose first language isn’t English and all advisors have been trained to use Text Relay which connects people using a textphone with people using a telephone or another textphone.
