Description
Working with a range of 16-24 year olds across all mental health services including Child and Adolescent Primary care, Secondary care and Youth Health Services. Young people will be offered tailored access to the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service for young people. IPS is an effective supported employment model that helps clients with mental illness move into and sustain employment outcomes. Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) will deliver this in partnership with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, CAMHS teams to expand access to 1:1 support. In addition, a Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Employment Specialist will deliver the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Step Up Programme blending structured 1:1 support with group work modules from Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Tools for Living.
