Ruchill parkrun is a timed 5km run which takes place every Saturday at 9:30am and is entirely organised by volunteers Parkrun is free to participate but please register before your first run. We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in Glasgow Life, Ruchill Golf Course - please come and join us.
