Glasgow City Council Education Services are delighted to introduce our new Towards Better Futures Employability & Destinations Team. We have a dedicated team of 40 employability Coaches who will be based in your school or in our TBF Employability Centre. Towards Better futures have a wide range of services from one-to-one employability coaching, hands on practical training programmes and a fantastic transition support service for young people heading to college or university. The Towards Better Futures Employability & Destinations Team aim to ensure that every Glasgow pupil receives support to secure a training course, an apprenticeship, a place at college or university or has an offer of employment before leaving school and up to a year after leaving school.
