The Wayside Club
homelessness Addictions mental health my community
Description
The Wayside Club was established in 1932 to meet the needs of the homeless and those suffering from hardship, addiction to alcohol or gambling. It is operated by the Legion of Mary, a Catholic lay organisation and helpers from other religions and none. We do not judge or condemn anyone no matter what their past has been. We listen, comfort, give advice if required and try to assist in progressing to a more hopeful future.
