We believe that nurturing relationships are vital to healthy development. This value runs through the organisation from staff to practitioners to families. All Mellow programmes are robustly evaluated and tested for effectiveness and feasibility. Our evidence base ensures the highest standard of group delivery and optimal outcomes for parents and their children. This value runs through the organisation which was ISO 9001 accredited and follows high governance standards. In April 2021 we received the Charity of Excellence Framework award. We specialise in training those who work with young people and families, to support them using our evidence based programmes which makes us the experts in what we have done since 1996. The Mellow Family of Interlinked programmes focusses on strengthening and building healthy relationships. During COVID lockdowns, we made a decision that “doing nothing was not an option”, and created online versions of our programmes that have now been delivered to online participants throughout the world, from our small base in Govan. We are also now able to deliver our own online groups directly to young people, new mums and dads to be, and new parents. We offer online group delivery including: Mellow Ready – for young people aged 13-18, focussing on relationships, consent, mental health in a fun interactive way Mellow Bumps: for Mums and Dads-to-be looking at relationships, baby brain development, babies being born ready to communication and paternal, maternal and infant mental health Mellow Babies/Toddlers: For parents of babies 0-18 months, or Toddlers 18 months to school age, looking at the parent child interaction, social We also offer full training to all those who work with Young People, Parents to be and new families in Mellow Programmes.
