The aim of the Centre is to work with families to overcome their difficulties, and achieve a more balanced family life. This is achieved through practical programmes to aid bonding, attachment and build positive relationships.

Support plans are put in place for families. These plans are made up of support programmes which are organised on an individual and group basis, with activities that provide support and guidance. Families can come to the Family Resource Centre by referral from an external agency or can refer themselves by simply calling or dropping into the centre.
