Reidvale Housing Association is an independent community-based housing association established in 1975 and based in the East End of Glasgow. We are governed by a volunteer Management Committee, many of whom are local residents. Originally our aim was to preserve the tenement stock from demolition and we not only succeeded in this but have since refurbished over 1000 tenemental flats, built 180 new flats and carried out traffic calming measures to most of our streets. We currently own 887 properties and provide factoring services to over 200 owner-occupiers, We have worked to invest in our homes but we also place the wider community regeneration equally important as we commit to making our community a safe, secure and good place to live now and in the future.
