Our new employability programmes can support anyone experiencing mental health problems. We have an excellent understanding of the negative impact of mental health problems and how these may affect an individual’s ability to engage with support, provision or employment. To be eligible for our Step Up programme: Be aged 16 plus, experiencing mental health problems Live within Glasgow City Council Have the right to live and work in the UK We offer individualised support for participants to progress towards their goals. These goals can include: Employment Volunteering Training Further education We offer one to one support and additional group work sessions. Our group work sessions run concurrently and participants are able to choose one or both, depending on their own individual needs and preferences.
