Partick Community Council (PCC) is the oldest community group in Partick. It is a secular, non-political and constituted organisation. PCC is a statutory body, recognised and funded by Glasgow City Council. As a statutory body, PCC’s councillors represent the community in Partick – residents, organisations and businesses – and in addition respond to planning, licensing and HMO appllications. PCC councillors also represent Partick at Area Partnership meetings with Glasgow City Council and other organisations.
